We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. The room was spacious with a balcony and very clean. The hotel had excellent facilities including a gym, paddle and tennis courts, table tennis, spa and sauna. The buffet was outstanding and the service was quick and efficient. We especially enjoyed the special dessert that was served in the restaurant, it was such a nice thought. The location was great, in a very quiet area but still close to the center of Playa De Las Americas.

We truly enjoyed the balcony, it was good. Nearby Fresh Torviscas - grate place to chill out. Direct connection to puerto colon. It should be great for strolling...

I loved the spaciousness of the suite and the view of the sea. The laundry service was outstanding and the food was good.

The hotel is perfectly situated in a great location, close to the beach and surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops. the staff are incredibly hardworking and always ensure that everything is just perfect. the restaurant offers a wide variety of food, with a special dessert that was a nice touch. the hotel provides easy access to boat trips from the local port of colon.

The premium drinks are not included in the all-inclusive package, which I believe should be included considering the price paid.

The hotel was very clean, with spotless rooms and public areas. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and shops. The pool was nice and well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers. We also appreciated having a kettle and tea/coffee supplies in the room.

The evening entertainment was not always to our taste. the chairs in the area by the stage were uncomfortable, which made it difficult to enjoy the shows.

Friendly staff, nice room(big and with balconies), very quiet area and good facilities(gym, paddle, tennis, table tennis, spa, sauna...). Excellent buffet and quick an efficient service.

Too crowded, difficult to get a swimming pool sunbed. Even though it was advised that reservation was not allowed, people left the towels on them when going for lunch. The gym facilities a bit poor, only a few machines available...

Great Location and Food the hotel had a great location, close to the beach and within walking distance of many cafes and restaurants. the food was also really good with a variety of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and accommodating which made the check-in and stay overall smooth.

Not Worth the Cost Unfortunately, the cost of the hotel did not match the quality of service and amenities provided. the rooms were small and outdated, and the drinks served were not of good quality.

Restuarant service very good, friendliness cleaning staff, the location of sunbeds not just around pool, on different levels.

I was oly there for 5 days but the food was terrible and always cold. the beds very uncomfortable. would not reccomend to a friend

The hotel is near to almost everything. It's only a few minutes walk away from restaurants, shops and the beach.

I checked in and was given a room,freshened up and left,returned at night to find out that the toilet was out of order and Tv was out of order,was given another room,where in the next room,NO T.V.,and very Humid!!And infested with Incests...and room was not clean!Changed room again...NO Hot water! It seemed that every room had a problem....next morning was given another room,No Air Con and Balcony Door wouldn't open!!!In Total was given 4 rooms,in the afternoon my second day I checked out and very frustrated!!!!! Was told to wait at reception,DEMANDED a Refund....WHICH I never GOT!!!i have never seen such Rude Staff who wouldn't admit that their hotel wasn't in a very good condition!! Walked out and checked in to another hotel!!
